CHPP 2023: Final Report Meeting (virtual)

This meeting is for all 2023 re-grantees as they prepare their final reports (due by December 13, 2023).

Please bring any questions that you have about the final report.

We will also discuss what's ahead for 2024.

Final Report packet will be emailed to re-grantees on Nov. 1, 2023.
