Please join us at the Warren County Transition Fair: "How do I Support My Child (age 14-21) With Special Needs?" for an interactive evening with agency experts from Warren County and Northwest NJ surrounding areas.  This tabling event will be held at the Phillipsburg School District Education Center, 50 Sargent Avenue, Phillipsburg, NJ from 6 - 8pm.  Please email humanservices@co.warren.nj.us to register or for more information.
