New Jersey Local Information Network and Communications Systems (NJLINCS) is a statewide partnership initiative that brings the state health department, local health departments, and community organizations together to protect the public’s health. The Warren County Health Department is one of twenty-one agencies which participate in the surveillance and identification of health problems, and the rapid containment of incidents that threaten the health of the public.  Communications received through NJLINCS from federal, state and other entities are distributed to stakeholders in the county on many topics, including:

  • Communicable Disease Surveillance
  • Childhood Blood Lead Levels
  • Food and Drug Recalls
  • Hazardous Site Information
  • Hospital Resistant Pathogens
  • NJ Immunization Information System (Immunization Registry)
  • Sexually Transmitted Diseases

If you would like to find out more information about NJLINCS in Warren County, please contact Tracy Mazzucco, Public Health Emergency Notification System (PHENS) Coordinator, at 908-475-7960.

If you wish to enroll in NJLINCS, fill out and return the NJLINCS Registration Form.
