Welcome to the County of Warren Department of Purchasing

The function of the Purchasing office is to provide assistance and guidance to all other County departments in securing goods and services in the most efficient and economical manner.  We follow the NJ Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et seq.) along with Pay to Play Regulations, Business Registration requirements and NJ Prevailing Wage Act.
