The Warren County Solid Waste Advisory Council consists of the mayors or their designated alternates from all of the County’s 22 municipalities. Council membership also includes persons in the solid waste industry, environmental groups, and other at large members. The SWAC reviews the County’s Solid Waste Management Plan and makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners regarding amendments to the SWMP and other matters concerning solid waste and recycling.

MEETINGS: Held the first Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m.  in the months of February, May, September, and November.   Meetings are held in the Warren County Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room at the Wayne Dumont Jr. County Administration Building, Belvidere NJ.
