CHPP Final Reports Due

County History Partnership Program (2023)

 Final Reports due (Rounds 1 and 2) 

Final reports for the 2023 FY are due to Gina between December 1 and December 13.

All reports are to reflect the perimeters of each round (1- Jan-Dec, 2- June-Dec). For groups receiving funding from Rounds 1 and 2, parts can be combined. This will be covered in the workshop scheduled for November 30

  1. Updated Narrative
  2. Financial Reports
  3. Visitation Reports
  4. Photographs (if projects are not "physical"-- pamphlets, brochures, Social Media, website updates/creation, etc.) or completed prior in-person visitation (Oct-Nov) with Gina (for "physical" projects-- interpretative signs/panels, displays and exhibits, etc.)
  5. Copies of receipts and invoices (purchases)
  6. Other

*If emailing, please put all documents into a single PDF.

There are three methods of submission:

  1. USPS 
  2. Drop-off (please schedule with Gina for drop-off)
  3. Email (PDF) to Gina
