All potential applicants for 2025 CHPP must attend this required technical workshop. It is virtual and links will be sent out prior to the meeting.

The application for 2025 is located on the CHPP page ("CHPP Grant Documents") and is a PDF.  The Guidelines are separate from the Application this year. Please review the Guidelines before applying for the grant.
